Its a 1.1 with 61k on the clock, it has an NCT 'til aug 08 and it's taxed til the end of april. It also had a new exhaust fitted recently. My aunt owned it from new, she gave it to my sister about a month who had being driving it for the past 6 months anyway but she has now gone and bought a 2000 fiesta. She was going to scrap it but I thought it would be a shame seeing as it in good enough condition (It does have a bit of rust which is common on these cars afaik and after 22 years you would expect a bit) it will be vintage in 8 years too. So the big question is what is it worth if anything, I don't really know because it not really a classic as there are a few about. I can stick up a few pics if someone wants to see it and if anyone has any questions just ask, maybe its of some interest to someone as a project?

Wouldn't be worth a fortune, but depending on condition it could be worth something....

Does it have an old style reg and number plates? IMO people are starting to get nostalgic about any vehicle with an old style Irish reg. Having said that the Mk2 Fiesta doesn't have much of a classic/cult following yet so even with the old reg it's not worth a whole lot. Now if it was a Mk1 Fiesta then there would be more interest as people are starting to think of the Mk1 as a classic, they are appearing at classic shows, the sportier versions are being featured in classic car mags etc.

You'd get at a few hundred euro for it anyway, depending on condition... Where is it?
