Like it. Long exposure? the water looks like it had a long exposure.

Lighting is great. Its actually a very nice building, we seem to ignore our our stuff for some reason, then pictures like this come along

i think the exposure was 10 or 15 secs, i need to check the exif

Beautiful pic. For realism you should photoshop a few wino's onto the steps at the front. Really nice, long exposure was perfectly judged
