upc.ie is alive!!

www.upc.ie is finally alive, it currently points to the same site as www.ntl.ie, with the same NTL branding and UPC look and feel. So it looks like the move to the UPC brand is under way: 1) Site finally active 2) NTL brand removed from EPG 3) New bill design.
