Hey all here's my little story..
I've prepaid for my season ticket and bill for the next 3 months and on Wednesday they cut our signal (all channels) for no reason ? I tried calling them up to see what was up but that new answering machine was driving me crazy so I left it on speaker for 30 min before I gave up.
Tried again the next day and again couldn't get through ...
Finally managed to get through to a girl who told me the payment was missing and that's why it was cancelled ? So I said it was there fault and she agreed but stated it could take up to ten working days to be turned back on !!
Long story short after alot of bitchin and moanin I said I was fed up and wanted to cancel my account and managed to get a direct number !!!!

Rang the number a guy answered and I told him the story and that I wanted to cancel my account..He said sorry but I can switch that on right now...done..

What is there problem ? YOu have to threaten to cancel in order to get any joy with them...
    So here's the direct number
    061-272190

    Now give them hell..... :D

Is all the NTL/Chorus customer service in Limerick now, then?

AFAIK, yes. Wasn't all of Chorus always in Limerick?

Yeah Chorus was, they've had the same offices in Roxboro (by Aldi) since Irish Multichannel days. They used to have another building in town as well, but it was allegedly gutted in a fire around 01/02 which meant we lost our wonderful Amiga 500-based Local Channel :(
