just looking at the decription for a new development in raheny.

"At The Watermill, life takes on a whole new dimension. In truth, style is too small a word. The cutting edge contemporary architecture of the Watermill is iconic.

Big on Style, and note how it’s complemented by the abundance of mature trees, which include superb specimens of both native and exotic species. The sheer peace and tranquillity they afford is wonderful. As you stroll around the grounds after a stressful day, you can unwind with the recuperative powers of nature.

Relax and lose yourself amid a virtual forest of mature trees, savour the verdant open spaces, soak up the exclusive ambience. Also shop there, dine there, watch theatre there after all it is only one DART stop away!

The Watermill brings you a choice of 144 one, two and three bedroom apartments a stunning new development as well as a superb coastal location."

    Class!!

I've often wondered the same thing!

On a similar strain though not as good:

"This remarkable location enjoys the unusual amenity of parkland quite literally on the doorstep offering that rare treat of wide open space always to hand in our otherwise overcrowded lives. Imagine having the opportunity to take a leisurely stroll after work or to simply enjoy the view as the seasons change before your eyes."

    Cheeeese!!!!

Why do they bother, you can see straight through them!

It's right down there with the pre-development website for The Coast in Baldoyle showing scenic pictures...of Howth!

Methinks the Devil's Dandruff was involved.

When they have to resort to eulogising about the "native and exotic species" of trees, you basically know they are selling timber-framed shoebox apartments, the type where you can hear your neighbour frying sausages on a Sunday morning.

Welcome to the wonderful world of marketing.

They'll have difficulty moving from fiction to non-fiction.
