I withdrew money from Neteller for first time Tuesday and it said something about the money wont go out of the Neteller Account until its in my Bank Account . But the money is not in my Bank Account or my Neteller Account is that unusual or will it just arrive in the bank account in a few days???

It should arrive in your account in a few days but lately it has been taking a while longer for some reason.

Neteller not only had $55m in funds seized by US authorities that were being transferred to / from US residents, but apparently Barclays bank (their main UK bank) isn't processing Neteller transactions now and online gaming companies have had transactions refused involving non-US customers. Bad times for Neteller indeed.

Nothing has changed for us really. No one will lose any money from having it in Neteller. It's just that they are being royally screwed around by US authorities who are putting pressure on various firms. Even the $55m seized by the US authorities from poor yanks is surely just an annoyance for those involved, although a major annoyance.

The way I looked at it is that every penny everyone has in Neteller is guaranteed in a secured account they have, and on top of that they have a fortune in cash. The Barclays bank thing isn't that big of a deal for customers, it just means that they won't be using them as their major UK bank. Bad times for Neteller doesn't mean that our funds are in any danger, but hassles and delays are possible.

Incidentally I would caution anyone about using new e-payments companies whoch crop up in the near future like Neteller. Neteller has been great for e-gamblers because some other e-payment firms like it in the past have been shady and folded with people's money. New ones cropping up to enter the US market could be dodgy too, and only this week there was controversy over new company Youteller which is due to launch in a few weeks, although I believe the controversy was unfounded.
