Link I haven't read the T&Cs, but I think it just has to a purchase from a US or Canadian site. I read about it here

If anyone tries this can they confirm if it works or not with non-us accounts?

Edit: Nevermind. The rebate doesnt go into your account until 28th may and even then i'd say you'd be lucky to get it
