See a doctor and they will be able to refer you.

Seeming that your problem is related to your understanding of things, and not your physical ability, hypnosis is probably what you may require, just basic hypnosis of course. But first, to be sure, to be sure, see your gp.

btw, medication of any sort probably wont work, and we cant give you any tips on it either(because of da charter)

Choking anxiety is not all that uncommon. My wife has it, I was almost going to say suffers from it but it's me who suffers from it. Go and see your doctor. If you find out anything send me a PM 'cause me wife won't go and one of these nights she's going to give me a heart attack with the middle-of-the-night screams.

Isn't that a 'tip'? A crap one at that.

OP, talk to your GP about this. Medication may help in the short term. You should also enquire about CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). Ask your GP will he/she refe you to the community mental health service, where treatment is free.
