Player notes are stored in the .pnt files in

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\PlayerNotes

So just say you start on a new skin, copy your old file oldalias.pnt and rename it to newalias.pnt and when you start up the new skin, the notes should be there.
Repeat for each new skin.

The files are in binary format so I'm not too sure if you are able to combine two existing files together.
