Can anyone recommend a good insulation service?

I'm living in a 90 year old semi-detached cottage. It has high ceilings and concrete walls but the attic is insulated and it is has double glazing. It's main problem is it's freezing and impossible to heat with gas heating system!

I don't know where to begin, whether to insulate the walls (and with what) or to redo the attic or what's the best way to go about it.

Was wondering if anyone knew a reputable company in Dublin area who could come out and make an assessment of the place, or had any other ideas.
