Dell.ie - 2 days since order

    Is it unusual not hear anything from Dell 2 full working days after having placed the order? I [I know its totally thick] somehow forgot to take down the IR [Internet Receipt] number so I can't even check my order! My friend ordered a laptop and had it in three working days with emails everyday explaining what stage of the build process her laptop was at, yet I have had no contact in only 2?

    Any help appreciated

    Better give them a call and make sure the order went through. Would the order not show up if you have a login/account on the Dell webbie?
