Okay, don't laugh, I'm in a bit of bother and I know you geeks out there can help me out of a jam.
I want to arrange a family event; I need to get one or two dates when everyone is free. I had planned to circulate an calendar document but thought that was too cumbersome. Then I wondered about using a hotmail or gmail calendar - if I shared it out to the group and let them mark in their availability. Then I remember you guys - Yesss - sure you know everything (and maybe a bit more), a hectic social life, and friends across the planet - you could advise me on how I could set up a practical and simple solution(for both me and them) for this task.
By the way I tried doing this over the phone - they kept changing their mind and adding caveats.
