Can't see it happening here some how. Most Irish people can't even undress in front of a mirror let alone walk around in the nude.

True but (some) people who go to the gym are quite narcissistic and want to show off, so it would be the perfect opportunity for those types...

I was reading through the back of this paper at the fitness ads and I came across one which had lots of different types of yoga including ,'nude yoga for men'.

It was in San Francsico mind.

there is no way in hell I would be doing that, if nothing else I would be scared that somebody might want me to spot them on squats *shudder*

Personally, every day I wake up and think "Right, lets see how many naked men I DON'T see today" and as such a naked gym would pretty much fly in the face of one of my lifes goals.

Also, think of the saddles on the bikes/rowers.
Bleugh towels are all very well but some people are just rotten at that sort of thing...

Nude Gym Rules :

1) Please restack all the weights when done.
2) During peak hours please share machine and stations.
3) Carry a gym towel with you at all times.
4) Water fountains are not to be used for anything bar drinking water.
5) Wash your ass before beginning your workout.

You'd want to be careful squatting too low on a cold day, could freeze a sweaty ballbag to the floor.

I work out nude at home all the time, clothes are so constricting. Squats feel so much more comfortable when naked.

Actually there is (or at least there was a couple of years ago) an establishment in Dublin city centre, that as far as I know contained a small nude gym on the top floor.

Nothing new under the sun, and all that.....

My main form of cardio is generally done naked. Good partner sport, mainly practice in my place but there's a few venues that will accomodate it.

funny i did too before i outgrew my home weights and joined the gym.
it was quite enjoyable.
