    http://www.everymac.com/systems/apple/powerbook_g4/stats/powerbook_g4_1.33_12.html

I have installed nothing on my laptop for the computer to get these attacks. I was using MSN Messenger when I started having the attacks on sunday night.

I have been looking through alotta sites but my head is spinning as i am reading loads and loads of conversations and don't know where to go next.

    Please help.

    Thanks In Advance.

Have you hooked up any new hardware recently? Installed new drivers? Disconnect everything. Has your powerbook had a drop that might have caused internal damage? Any new software that might effect the OS? Even a widget?

RAM however is the cause of most kernel panics so have you added any new RAM? What kind of RAM have you installed? Any 3rd party?

And try running Apple's Hardware Test, you should have gotten it on a cd with your mac, or sometimes its on the install and restore disc.

Hooked up nothing. Installed nothing. Disconnected nothing. Connected nothing. Farted on nothing... I was talking to a tech in college and he reckons i should ring Mactopia about it and then bring it out to em if its a biggie.

    Thanks anyway

Are you certain it's not the RAM?

All I can recommend is some standard maintenance.
Zap the P-RAM. On startup hold down the command, option, P & R keys until the you hear the startup chime a second time.
Use Disk Utility to repair permissions on your boot disk. Verify disk also.

Download and use a maintenance utility such as System Optimizer.

    Here is info from Apple:
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck

Well the tech thought I had gotta do something about the motherboard. He said it looked like a problem he had with his laptop. He said I should just make a few calls and get advice.

    patto_chan,

I did that yesterday but It still kept on popping up with that annoying message in various languages. I was trying to reinstall Mac OS X today but it was stuck on the "Finder" logo which the tech said,"Doesnt look good!"-Then he was saying that was it previously booting up with a black screen. I said yeah. A few times in the last few days. He said again, " Doesnt look good!"-Recommended ringing up mac shop.

Oh-And that mactopia was actually Mactivate! Lol
