Okay here we go again,

Too unprofessional looking, I decided to just stick with a normal font, part lazyness, part trying to be unobtrusive. Let me know what you think of the size/positioning as well, or alternatively tell me to **** off and stop annoying you with my attempts at covering my ass.

That's a great photo Paudie.

The risk in putting the copyright notice there is, of course, that people might just crop it off if they really want to copy your work.

That really is a super shot!! You actually feel like part of the action, which I guess is the point, but fairly rare it seems... Copyright wrecks it IMO, sorry

Is putting the copyright between the space of the guys head and the top of the image ,too much.
I'd put it where the photoshopping is the hardest to do

,maybe make the writing kind of transparent.
Great shot by the way ,fair play.

i was going to suggest something similar - perhaps a small opaque watermark somewhere to the left of the surfer, over the wave like?
