Creative Zen Vision:m question

    Have an old creative zen and am thinking of upgrading. Looking at the 60gb zen vision:m

    Have looked around and the reviews are pretty positive. However under supported file formats it says it supports divx files but then goes on to say it may not support all divx files. Is that going to be a problem? I'd say I would be using the player to watch quite a few divx files as a few friends of mine have quite large video libraries which I can just dump a few files onto my player from whenever I want. Does anybody else with this player have problems playing divx files?

    plays every xvid i throw at it accept that ones with ac3 sound. Most ppl's collections would be xvid so you should be fine. ( you can convert the ac3 xvids to ones with normal mp3 sound very easily and quickly with virtualdub). Well worth the money imo.

    I don't believe it supports DivX 6. However I've found that it's been able to play about 95% of the videos I've thrown at it without conversion (and I use video playback a LOT!), the main exceptions being cursed ac3 as stated above.
