    Hi everyone,

I want to buy a property outside of Ireland and I wonder if there is a chance to get a mortgage in this case. I have contacted AIB and they told me they can not do it as there is no way they could evaluate property from outside of Ireland. They would've if I had a property in Ireland to use as guarantee for the loan, which is not the case.

Does anyone know, is there any bank out there that would do something like this?

    Cheers.
