Full Tilt Support - Useless

OK, so about 5 days ago now I woke up and realised that there was $500 less in my full tilt account than there should be (or so I thought). So, I emailed support and asked them if they could do a security check on my account to see if anyone had logged in from a different IP address. Before they got back to me I realised that I'd actually legitimately lost the $500, I'd just forgotten about a $500 STT I'd played. So I emailed them back saying not to worry about it. About 36 hours after my original email I get one saying that my account has been suspended and they are investigating whether or not the security of it has been compromised. So I email them again, letting them know there is no problem, and asking them to unlock my account. This was about 48 hours ago now, and I still haven't heard anything back and my account is still locked. There is no number that I can ring, and no live chat option, I have to rely on their useless email support. It's absolutely doing my head in, because it's the only site I have any decent sort of money on, and I'd set these few days aside specifically to play while I'm on holidays.

So, to cut a long story short, does anybody know of any direct number for full tilt support? Or is there anything that anybody on here could suggest to help me sort this problem out a bit quicker?

They are a bunch of useless twats, after 3 emails Ive had my deposit limit increased from $600 to $1500. lol what a joke.

Also did you see the 2+2 thread from the guy who got hacked and someone transfered 20k out of his account and full tilt wouldnt suspend the account he transfered to. Joke site.

    And its rigged.

I know that's why I like it so much. :) Can't miss there, but this is really doing my head in.

Read that thread alright, absolute joke, he'd had a shít load of his cash stolen and they wouldn't even give him a number to contact a manager on, nevermind the massive delays in their responses. Absolute disgrace.

I think this is the one I was referring to, the only one that really matched it that I found through search anyway.

Cheers, that's seriously scary. I'm going to start being alot more careful from now on.

Full Tilt's support has been pathetic since the day of the sites conception. I used to have to PM andy Bloch just to get them to get their finger out and reply to my emails.

Their new offices are in Cherrywood. You could hunt them down.

That'd be great if I wasn't in Australia  . Lol. I just got on to a mate who has contacts there and he's going to try to sort it out for me. I suppose it's mainly my fault for jumping to conclusions about someone hacking into my account, but they're support really leaves alot to be desired. That link that rb_ie put in from 2plus2 is really worth reading, scary stuff.

It's far more rigged than Tribeca. I had a 2k swing in 2 days there on the weekend playing .50/1 Omaha when every single flush draw hit against me.

Regarding the OP their support is brutal. It generally takes them 48 hours to respond to any of my queries...

Its not your fault that they do not give you access to a detailed statement of your transactions. If you had access to the basic information that anyone should be able to expect from any business, i.e. a statement of account detailing purchases made.
That they are actively trying to conceal from players the detail of your buy ins cash outs etc. is a complete load of bollocks.

It is yeah lol. I've been on the sickest run ever in the PLO, don't think I've been outdrawn yet/ failed to miss any draws in the last week. So I want to play while the button is still pressed ;) . But they won't let me!

There's a link to another thread on 2plus2 which explains how to make your computer secure. Well worth looking into I'd imagine, the amount of people that seem to have gotten scammed over there is unreal.

Oh it is. I went from 500 to 200 to 3k to 900 before getting out of it playing 30/60 HU 7 Card Stud.

I ran hotter than JC on Saturday, literally hitting everything in PLO ahd HU PLO. Yesterday I missed everything and then got crippled in Hold Em. The Holdem games there are a million times tougher than Tribeca.

The average .50/1 and 1/2 player runs at around 26/15/3 compared to Tribeca 40/5/1.1 and the FT players all have a good understanding of poker, with much fewer mistakes made preflop and lots of sick 3 betting in position with SCs etc. So avoid.

i would recommend the HU stud tables though. They are a goldmine.
