sky sports hd1

Hi I have a hd box, a hd subscription, and a susbcription to syk sports 1, but not the whole sky sports package, should I be recieving sky sports hd1, it comes up as unavailable on my epg

I would have presumed you would get it.

You'll need to ring Sky about it.

yes, you should be getting SSHD1. Did you self install or get Sky to install the box etc.?
You can try re scanning the channels, this might help. If that doesn't work, call Sky straight away.

I rang them twice and both times they said they would make it available within two to four hours and both times nothing happened.
