Taken on the Cork to Killarney road, near the border.
The sun was behind the hill the unicorn is standing on.
Only work I've done on it was B&W in Photoshop.

Just in case anyone was wondering, it's a statue :)

    Thanks :)
I'm the same, often drove past it but never bother stopping.
Had some time to spare this evening so finally took some shots and was beeped at by numerous cars & trucks in the process.

Would love to photograph it later in the evening rather then around 3pm when I was there.
There can be some gorgeous sunsets that I think would compliment the statue well.

Lovely composition, black and white suites it very well!

    I like it :)

    Yeah I know it!
    Beautiful Pic! :)
If you go from West Cork to Kenmare or Tralee, there are some incredibly remote & beautiful areas!

    Cheers :)
I'd often be going down through Kenmare on my way to Castletownbere and it's a stunning area.
Must spend a few days around there focusing purely on photography.
