Hi there, Just wondering about feedback about sellers, why is it so important because I see that people leave comments both good ( fast delivery ) and bad ( slow delivery ) about a seller. Surely to god the time that a person gets a bought item delivered depends on the postal service / courier company ... not the seller !!.

How is it the postal services fault if the post-stamp shows the seller didn't send it for 6 months after the sale was agreed? Thats relevant negative feedback.

Sometimes buyers just don't give sellers any slack. They want their item and they want it yesterday. They still leave negative feedback even though the seller sent it 2 seconds after receiving the item and the buyer lives halfway around the world from the seller in a remote jungle. Some sellers just can't win.

They are changing the feedback system so that you can give different grades of positive (and I assume negative) feedback. This might help if you are trying to suss someone out based on their feedback. We shall have to wait and see.

Usually if i read a neg and the sellers response, I decide if its justified or if the buyer is being niggly over very little.
