Basically they are recommending you to get rear mud guards for your e3 buggy if you are using it to carry 2 children.

Contact www.cleverclogs.ie to arrange the collection of your free set of guards.

I had no hassle obtaining a set for myself and it took about 5 minutes to put them on.
