Go to Services > System Setup > Add Channels.

Set the Frequency to 10773 and the polarity letter to H.
Change the Symbol to 22000 and the FEC to 5/6.
Press Find Channels, and a list of channels should appear to you. Both BBC 3 and BBC 4 will be on this list.
