This is not entirely true and is at best conditional upon you trying to cash the cheque at the branch upon which it is drawn.

As for the Jackpot - touch and go but id reckon im a runner.

chopped this, got lucky double up early on when i was playing SO VERY BADLY, got to heads up with 25% of the chips, got a lucky double up (behind preflop , push all in, ahead at the end sort of thing) 50% chips each, played a few hands, chopped it.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 909 ✭✭✭AKQJ10

well done jeff, all through superior play no doubt. who'd you chop it with?

think "alan" is his name, you'd know him, he's a quality player, and always there or thereabouts. he had a massive chip stack going into final table and just picked off players, through doing very little we were down to 3 handed, i doubled up with AK,, guy 2nd in chips was busted by guy 1st in chips, i had 25% of the chips, doubled up, chopped it. i played well with 2 tables to go. my early tourney play (as you know) was questionable, and at final table players were blowing up all around. the best hand, james (absolute rock and student champion) raises to 4k, norman calls, "alan" (if that is his name) who has massive stack makes it 12k, james folds, norman goes all in, "alan" calls, norms QJ plays alans AA, AA holds up and norms gone, pretty sure he was 2nd in chips when this happened.

Jeff is a fcuking donkey luckbox. I'm not trying to be funny by saying this. Massive technical error got rewarded early doors. Reggie would have cried if he had seen the hand in question.
