This has probably been asked countless times before, but was wondering where i could find some photo editing software, either freeware of perhaps an outdated copy of photoshop? Cause i am very limited with olympus master to just changing the colour ratio or contrast, and it's very broad and annoying too.

Oh and my budget is €0

There's a post in Digital Darkroom on the subject which I will find.

For 0 euros, you're gonna be looking at the Gimp or Photo.net (I think). I've used the GIMP it's okay. Haven't tested the other one, but it looks interesting enough.

I'm assuming, by the way, that Picasa's offering is not sufficient for your needs.

you could try both of these http://www.getpaint.net/index2.html this is donationware. if you like it you can donate a few euro and the other is a great freeware program already mentioned above http://picasa.google.com/. probably the best photo management software out there for free.
