    live in america for the last 3 years but going to be living back in dublin around 2008. huge fan of airsoft and started playing it over here about a year ago
    great to hear that its now legal back home, cant wait to get back and start playing with a few teams. have a nice armoury, and am waiting to save up for a TM mp7 as a secondary for my sniper. anyone know whats it like posting airsoft to your family address back in dublin through normal snail mail, is that whole vat and stuff still going to happen

    no vat as you owned the items for a long time while living away and are simply bringing them to your new home.

    This is the same as when you bring in say a Golf Club for example. b4 taking it home use it on a driving range a bit, dont clean it and tell them you bring it everywhere to keep practicing your swing.

    Also, ireland is limited to the 1 joule rule, 328 fps with .2 bb So you may need to downgrade to be legal here, Since its reativly new here, we are still getting skirmish sites together, at the moment all the sites are up north, but it should not be too long before we have a few sites down south, Some skirmish sites are waiting to get the insurance sorted as they have only been paintball till now.
