Photo storage while travelling

    Hi All,

I am going travelling later this year and I have started thinking about how to store my photo's from my trip. I will be gone for 4 months in total, and will not have access to a PC or laptop.

I have looked at the Epson P-3000. Has anyone used this and if so, would you recommend it?
Are there any alternatives out there to this device? Preferably on the cheaper price range.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jason.

I was thinking of one of these devices for when I do equestrian events. I hear that the jobo hard drives storage devices are pretty good and very cheap too, no screen only storage

I was going to get one of them jobo's a while back aswell,I looked around for problems on the net and found one problem a few people were having.

Raw files were being corrupted by the unit ,they would get chopped and misaligned by the drive for some reason.:o

I got one of these (NextoDi) after a recent thread on portable storage. Gave it a proper testing yesterday at the childline gig, constantly backing up my cards. It is unbelievable quick. I have a 120GB drive in it and I honestly dont know how i did without it before.

I second Free and....'s recommendation. I got one too, an 80 Gb and it works super fast. Well worth it, I also posted a link to an English site in the OP.
