En Suite to Wadrobe Conversion

My wife wants to convert and en suite into a walkin wardrobe. I was just wondering if anyone knows how difficult and costly this might be?

The en suite has a shower, toilet and handbasin and is on the ground floor. I was maybe gonna give this a shot myself but I was wondering how difficult it is to remove water in to the sink and is it possible to get some sort of cover for the toilet waster pipe after I remove the toilet. Also, any suggestions for removing/hiding the water inlets for the shower? Can this be blocked and hidden in the stud wall then replaster?

Finally, would it be easier just to get some one in to do this :)

Might be as well to leave as much of the pipework there as possible in case you want to reinstate the ensuite.

The toilet soil pipe coucl be blocked with a 4" bung that you should be able ti get in any builders providers. You can also get blanks for the end of the pipes that you are no longer using.

If you posted some pic's of the existing setup, I might be able to advise better.
