50/1 hand JJ Comments on how I played it.

    Stacks: 100

Villain isn't great, raising a lot and fairly passive after the flop, no stats on him.
I've been tight, a couple of button raises and won a few small pots uncontested.

I'm on the button with JJ, folded around to me and I raise to 4$
SB folds, BB makes it 12$, I call.

    Flop is 7d 8d 9s
    Pot 25$

    Villain checks, I bet 15$
    Villain calls

Turn is a blank, villain checks, I check?

    River's the 10 of diamonds
    Pot 55$

    Villain bets 20$
    I call

    Main questions are:

    Should I lead out stronger?
Was checking behind on the turn bad given his range?
    River action ok?

    Thanks

I think you played it well.
I doubt that there are many hands worse than yours that call a raise.

You played it fine all the way. Unless he's seriously over valueing pocket 6s here, or has hit a set and is unable to lay it down, you're onlycalled by a hand that beats you. Queen-Jack (Not too likely but it is online) or a rivered nut flush. Given that, the flat call on the river is fine. Check on the turn was also fine as was leading the flop after he checked into you.

Thanks guys , was just a bit unsure of a few things, mainly checking behind on the turn.

Anyway villain had AK no diamonds.....honestly!
