Hmmmmm.... getting some very poor ratings over at the IMDb but it's actually suprisingly a good little film!

Nothing life-changing but a lot more original in parts than some of these so called "comedies". Mind you.. for every good joke, there's about 3 poor ones but pretty good ratio for these types of films.

A great cast who we'll all know once we see: Lou Taylor Pucci (Thumbsucker), Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars), John Hensley (Nip Tuck), Nora Zehetner (Heroes, Brick), Eddie Kaye Thomas (American Pie), Monica Keena (Undeclared).

Most of the cast are pretty good.. especially Eddie-Kaye Thomas who i think is the funniest actor to come outta the 'American Pie' series (played Finch). Simply because the guy always makes minor appearances in films but typically steals any scene he's in.In 'Fifty Pills', there's no exception - just wait
for his ecstacy fuelled-rant about "The Strokes" (not the band...!!)

Actually, the only cast member who didn't impress me was Lou Taylor Pucci in the main role. His acting was just downright wooden in some scenes - strange after the critical acclaim his performance in 'Thumbsucker' got.

Anyways.. good cast, decent music and suprisingly not a waste of 83 minutes!

    EDIT: Trailer here!

.. after posting what i thought would be a little recommendation for the movie... it's turned more into a Film Review. So feel free to move it, Karl or ixoy.
