Hi, does anyone know of some software that would make it possible to draw, generally nice straight lines, rectangles etc etc. Not looking for the graphic type of thing.

    cheers Brian

If its just simple shapes and its free you're after ... might I suggest OpenOffice Writer ??

If its potentially 3d stuff or more complex stuff ... might I suggest sketchup ... http://www.sketchup.com/ I've not used it in a while but its an amazing piece of software ... google software now ...

Im not exactly sure what you're after, but maybe "the Gimp" is what you're after. It's a free Photoshop like software package.

get gimpshop and its pretty much ... photoshop ( lots of things are the same) .. but I wouldn't really recommend it for simple enough graphics .. and personally I don't like it that much ...
