First time doing this, all comments appreciated.

Used Fajitas conversion method, except the gaussian blur which I couldn't figure out.

No jpeg in the url. Jeez elven you're sharp! There doesn't seem to be a way of getting a direct link from that site. Unless that when you log in it gives you one.

I like it BTW. Lovely conversion and the woman really adds to it. The scale of the statue and the woman is perfect.

I'm not a huge fan of street shots in general, but I do like how the girl's pose mimics the statue. As far as the conversion is concerned - did you have the gaussian blur layer in there at all? The overlay/soft light blending mode is what would give it a bit more pop, I think?

    Fair play Zillah!

No Gaussian blur as I couldn't figure it out. I don't have anywhere to choose a %
as Fajitas says, just a radius/pixel scale  .

I did use the overlay though and it did pop out, though I reduced it to 40%, maybe should have left it higher.

The % is for the opacity of the layer, I think, rather than the blur itself.

Right get it now, you put in the blur, reduce the opacity to mute the effect a little.

    Grand, ta.

I think though it might more suited to the type of shots you posted than street scenes, architecture etc. Still the best conversion I've managed to date.
