    I just noticed this eTender from ComReg for Technical, commercial and financial advice relating to National Broadband Scheme:

    Consultancy advice is being sought for the provision of advice and support in relation to the requirements for the design and implementation of the National Broadband Scheme.

    This must be the "pay Eircom to enable 100% of exchanges" offer, or am I wrong?
