Currently a member of Westwood and I find that the pool etc in Sandymount is fantastic. For those who don't know: they have a heated seawater pool with jaccuzzi jets and stuff, plus a great steam room, sauna etc.

I love having those facilities to relax after using the gym and I find that it's a great motivator to get off my ass and actually go to the gym when i can look forward to a relaxing soak in the pool afterwards!

Just wondering what other Dublin gyms offer good non-gym facilities?

Crunch in Dun Laoghaire have a juice bar, a nice chill out lounge, and a beauty salon.

david lloyd riverview in clonskeagh is right up there imho..
two swimming pools (inc one heated outdoor pool) with all the trimming such as jacuzzi, steam room, saunas, a place for the kids inc a cinema, restaurant and a relaxed atmosphere.

if they didnt have the above, i'd never go to the gym.

use to be a member of a pure GYM and i personally found it hard to go, mainly due to the lack of motivation, atmosphere, but now i find that the "social club" gyms suit me best.
