    Hey,

My mother recently cought me a Watercolouring set but I know little about it. I presume you draw something with a light pencil first and then colour afterwards by first dipping the colour-pencils in the water...???

NOOOOOO! Please don't dip the pencils in water you'll ruin the tips on them...

Watercolour pencils are to be used to fill in and colour a drawing, you can go over them after with a brush dipped in water so your drawing is turned into a water colour....if you don't want your colours to run together only wet one colour and allow it to dry before wetting another colour...

    enjoy it!!!!!;)

:o ...Thanks. On inspection there are indeed two small brushes in the set that I had not noticed before! They were, ummm, camouflaged...
