    Hi all
I've ordered hot-rox extreme from the internet, and just wondering if anyone has any experience of using these or similar products. I train well 5 or 6 days a week and have good diet, I'm just looking for a helping hand in getting ripped. Here's the product...

I know you'll all say "diet/exercise etc. are more important that supplements", and I'm well aware of that, I'm just trying to cheat a little.
    Thanks in advance.

Personally I love Hot Rox Extreme and think they are a great product. I know people who agree with me and I know one person who went through hell on them as the seriously affected her mood and emotional balance.

Personally with products like these I am looking for two things….energy and appetite suppression. On a diet I recently did ( not something I would recommend for people, another poster here tried it and last 4 days, the diet is for 8 weeks ) I was eating abuot 66% of my maintenance calories and eating about 40grams of carbs a day. As such I was tired a lot and used a product similar to this for energy and as I was hungry I used it to keep down my appetite.

Used at the right time, under the right conditions good quality products like this can make a massive difference. If your going to take one and invest the cash in it them be really sure that you diet and macro splits on on par with something that allows you to lose weight, then drop your calories just a tiny bit more.

cool, so you didn't experience any freaky side effects yourself? I was going to take one in the morning around 0800 and one around 1400. I'm worried about palpatations and insomnia, but it'll be a good 9/10 hours since I've taken one when I'm going to bed so I hope that wont be an issue.

check out ebay sellers in the uk, they seem to be a good bit cheaper even with the exchange rate and postage

30 sterling works out at over 45 euro...um how did you work that out?

you won't either. Your not allowed to sell products with Yohimbine in them in Ireland. It's a banned by the medicine board except for medicinal use.

Can you take these if your just "fat" or do you have to be doing a serious amount of weights and gym work?

fat-burners really aren't magic pills. They work, but only if your diet is top notch already and you have a solid exercise regime in place. They help by encouraging your body to burn fat for fuel rather than muscle glycogen, so you have to be in a calorie deficit in the first place.

If your training and diet aren't right you'll waste a lot of money and see no results.

Oh right. I walk 3-4 days a week and play soccer twice a week. My eating needs to be worked on though I will admit. What I probably meant in the first post was are these suitable to say, me, who is overweight, but in the process of losing it, and exercising somewhat. Or are they geared to gym guys? Basically is my exercise "programme" up to scratch?

    Hi mate,

I'd recommend either Thermospeed or Supercuts 3 myself. We've had good feed back from both of these products. In particular only today a guy who had to lose a bit weight in a hurry for a Thai boxing fight was using Thermospeed and he said they were super.
Alternatlively, a prison officer from Mountjoy has lost over a stone using Supercuts 3 as part of his training routine.

    Hope that helps

truthfully I would say that you should worry more about your diet being up to scratch as oppose to worrying about your exercise programme.

Truthfully you would see alot better results from getting your diet in order as oppose to worrying about fat burners. this is also why they are more effective on "gym guys" as they would have both a decent diet and workout plan so would only need a small bit of extra help getting the body fat down

I really have no clue what to eat. Things Ive been told are ok turn out not to be okay. e.g. pasta, bread, potatoes.
