Just a post to say that there is a new RITA-ITF Club in Carlow town, we have a class on Saturday 28 January in Carlow Youth Centre, Green Lane, Carlow at 2.30-4.30. Just a post to say that there is a new RITA-ITF Club in Carlow town, we have a class on Saturday 28 January in Carlow Youth Centre, Green Lane, Carlow at 2.30-4.30. This class is open to everyone from 4 years upwards.

Just wanted to wish you all the best with the club. I started training in martial arts ( Wado Ryu ) in the youth center back in 1977. I have a lot of good memories of training there
