    To who can help,

built a new PC but getting no image on the screen, using the S-video connection on our ATI Radeon x1650 Pro graphics card to our LG LCD. Were not using the PC specific option thru the VGA port.....this my next move but the System seems to be powering up fans, motherboard LED and drives!!

    Any IDEAS??

    Have you tried using VGA?

Ya I think you need to boot with VGA then switch to svideo in the Catalyst driver setting once windows is booted.
