Going on holiday alone with child -nervous

I am in desperate need of sun soon and am contemplating on brining my son alone on a package holiday as my boyfriend can’t get time off work. From a security point of view I am a little nervous and also I’ve never done the package holiday thing. Has anyone any views?

Oh i should have probably mentioned I am thinking of Lanzarote or Spain/Grand Canaria
