Surprise surprise, they are at it again!!!
Aer Lingus are once again threathened with "industrial action" over changes to work practices.

    Would someone change the tape!!!

Practically every year the travelling public is held to ransom by some group out at Dublin Airport, trying to do a "King Canute"and prevent what everyone else sees as essential for the commercial survival of the company.

Everyone knows that Aer Lingus needs to urgently rework its outdated and costly work practices to survive. It needs to reduce its cost base rapidly to compete, and yet we have this charade year after year after year.

Get on with it out there and join the 21st Century and stop boring the rest of us to tears.

    Otherwise face extinction.

Any chance that they're going to disrupt flights? I'm going to New York with them in a couple of weeks and it would fu<king suck ass to lose a day or more because of these assholes.

Hopefully for your (and theirs) there won't be. I feel this is the early "posturing phase".However I do believe that an "end game" situation is looming for Aer Lingus as any rational person can see no long term future under the current modus operandi.

The very fact that this rubbish springs up every six months or so does you no good and the many others in the same position as you worry about your travel plans.
I feel the travelling public is heartily fed up with all this and would just say to all involved...GET REAL-SORT IT!!!
