Old ntl box

Hi... I recently came across my old NTl box in the attic ( pace di 300)and plugged it in...it still works but wants a password..I dont ever remember putting one in..does anybody know if there was a default password?? thanks

It isn't your old box. It belongs to NTL (Sky OTHOH, you do own the box from day1).

You can't legally connect it without a subscription. If you have no subscriptio you should return their property to avoid risk of retrospective billing.
