If you've a farely decent score and gotten some of the 2000, and you find yourself on a server with no unlocks, don't leave it just play on, you'll get your legion of merit and good conduct points ribbons again or any other ribbons within your reach, 2500 handy points. Just happened to me there, happened before ut took no notice of it. i imagine it'd be possible to get your Valorous Unit Service Ribbon as well, so that'd 4500 points.
