Killygordon or Convoy in Co Donegal

I haven't purchased a house for rental purposes before, but I'm considering the possibility of purchasing a house to rent out in either Convoy or Killygordon.

They're close to Ballybofey / Stranorlar and not too far from Letterkenny.

Would either village be regarded as being a more desireable place to live in, and therefore easier to rent out a house?

Or would either be regarded as being more "on the up" than the other?

Both pretty similar. Convoy would have more houses and is much closer to Letterkenny. Prices in both places would be quite similar. One thing to be careful of is the fact that there are so many houses being built in Convoy that it will reach saturation point quite soon.
