    Hey all,
    Anyone know someplace in Dublin that stocks a decent selection of quality hair clippers?

    I'm sick of the rubbish in Boots, Argos etc. Babyliss, Remington, Phillips. Have used em all and they're cack.

    I want something decent and that'll last the distance.

    Cheers,
    Quad

    I've been shaving my head for 13/14 years and I went through all those crap types.
    I know you said you've tried Philips but have you tried this type;
    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/4415031.htm

    I have a similar one and have used it for aboiut 3 years now and its still flying along.
    It doesn't clog/pinch and never requires oiling.

    There was a black guy in my old work who had the same problem and said that because of his super thick hair he had a really hard time with them.
    He got one of these and was delighted.

    My model is a bit different but looks very like this one.....worth a try I reckon.
