Heads up...if you use O2 email (as part of your O2) account and have outlook express (or other email client collecting your email auto) you may be "missing" email.

O2 have an automatic spam filter which captures email and dumps them into your spam folder (which you can see if you use webclient). After 3 days it auto deletes they email it idents as spam.

So far I have identified that it captures:

    Ryanair travel itinerary
    Amazon offers
    Aer Lingus Gold circle updates
    Hilton Hotel updates

O2 technical are apparently looking into this!!!

Would anybody be able to help me here. My question has been knocked back by both vodafone and O2... I switched from Vodafone (i was bill pay for year then r.t.go) to O2 last year and I now need to access my vodafone email account -didn't think i'd loose this access : ( - maybe its the phone - but even when i put the password in on internet it wont let me in.

I need an important email off it and its really important I get this email.

@seamunkey - you left Vodafone you lost your online account. Unless you can get some sympathetic person in tech to help you out ... but this is highly unlikely.

I guess you could try and switch back to Vodafone overnight and see if it's still there, chances are it's gone though. Then switch back to O2 in the morning.

Oops .. don't wanna be part of the thread hijacking .. err ...
