First time wildlife c&c

    Took the camera out for the first time to try some bird shots, all comments welcome, some of the shots look a litlle blurred around the edges is there anyway to combat this other than a faster shutter as then id have to have a higher iso which would make the pics alot more grainy? i think

    you did quite well.. what lens (if your camera is an slr) were you using for these?

    its a sigma 70-300mm, canon 400d

    I have to agree. It isnt easy to get those birds shots - well done!!

    I like them all. Good and sharp where it matters, ie the face.
    The 'blur' is fine, shows some movement in my opinion.

    Love the first one.

    the only one photoshopped is the black and white one the rest are as taken,thanks for the feedback guys, theres tons of birds around that area so ill definately have plenty to to do there

    To get the focus of the moving shots a bit better you need to use A1-Servo.

    Helps a lot.
