The Luas shots are great, I particularly love the color in number 1 but the B&W has got something too ... I can't decide which one I prefer.
    Nice one!

They look excellent! Especially the first one.
What sort of lens were you using?

Thanks, using the canon 15mm again here, just testing it out in different situations.

I like the first one ,the line is infinite and the colour is nice.
Don't really care for the other two.

If you could clone out the light over the luas - it's so bring it catches your eye, you would have an awesome shot. As it stands it is very good.

I really like the first one, that light does seem like a bit of a distraction now that mervifwdc said it, but I think you get away with it anyway, the colours are just fantastic!

Don't care too much for the second, not too sure what exactly it is, but it just doesn't have a huge wow factor like the first.

I like the Temple bar one, pitty the sky's so overcast, but there's not much you can do about that!

Yet again, love your lens! Gonna get one the second my finances come together!

the first pic is great, lovely shot very punchy, the 2nd lacks something that i can not put my finger on. 3rd shot is good but for me would be a wow shot with a higher contrast.

#2 by far, easily. Fantastic shot!

Uimhir a haoin for me, it really comes out at you. Loverly set of pictures though.

I prefer the 2nd - I dont like the street lamp in the first 2 but other than that they are great shots. The third one is good too though the whiteness of the sky takes away from it a bit imo.

    First one too, great shot

Thanks everyone for the comments, I agree that the light is a distraction in the first one. I dont think its too overpowering though but I might give it a clone and check out the difference. As for the third one, nothing i could do about the sky except head back when we get some nice clouds and see if it can be bettered..thanks again for taking the time..

The third one messes with my head. I like it.
You should try and sell that first one to the Luas people, it would look really cool on the cover of a brochure or something.
Fair play man they're wicked shots.

Is the 15mm a proper fish eye or just appears like that because it's so wide.

I should really shoot more land stuff with my 10-22mm

Thanks Paudie, the 15mm is a proper fisheye. Depending on the perspective it can be really pronunced or understated. I think the fisheye effect can be very repetitive that is why i am trying to use the lens to get more normal wideangles...just that little bit wider.

First shot is deadly! I'd agree with cloning out the light though.

The second needs a bit more black in it to bring it out - It's a bit grey and white.

I like the third, but I think it has a lot more potential, such as taking it from a foot of the ground rather than 6 footish!

Yeh, I think you're right on the last two there Fajitas, couldn't figure what was wrong with the second one, it's, just not what it could be..

Also, you're right about the Temple bar one aswell, it's just that's how we see it everyday we walk down there, a nice low angle I think would work well..

Thanks Fajitas, Wez. I hear you on the POV on the last one. In my defence it was wet and I was lazy... Will be a shot ill try again, hopefully with some sky and a better angle. The light in the first one is becoming very distracting now that everyone hs mentioned it, its all i can focus on. I'll have to give it a slap of the auld clone brush later on.
