    Hi All,
After many weeks of no Imac and being sick i am finally able to take photographs again. Apple after many phone calls Apple decided to replace my Imac with a nice shiny new working model. i have stopped vomiting and the chest infection has gone :D

Below is the first photo of the year that i think deserves a place to be seen. Others may agree or not but all comments are welcome.

On a side note i am planing to head over to Trim castle on Saturday morning for a photo session. anyone been there and point out some good shots or places? also can you access anywhere before sunrise as i plan to head off mighty early with my new Infared lens that should be here in time.

Glad you're well and able to be shooting again :) Looks like you have a fab model there - you've caught a lovely light too.

As for Trim, hope Dimy doesn't mind but here's his group of shots from the boardsie meet there last year. There are a few from more people on the earliest couple of pages of this group. You could also try just searching for 'Trim' in the main flickr homepage, too, to give you some other ideas.

Well Brookie I live in Trim but I am heading off to Charleville Castle in Tullamore with a few of the gang here (see seperate thread). If you look at my Flickr page you will see a set called "Trim & around". It will give you some ideas. The castle is open and do a tour. It's really cheap and worth it. You can walk from the castle over the wooden millennium bridge, under the concrete bridge and down to the old abbeys at Newtown. Bective Abbey is just out the road and worth a visit. As elven says, there are a number of shots from a group that came down here.

The main thing is to BE CAREFUL!!! ;)
