Epson Stylus C64 - Printer

    Hello all,

    I have the above printer. I bought new cartridges for it, the recommended ones and have fitted them in correctly. However it keeps saying Ink Cartridges could not be recognized.

    I dont know what to do, it says the ink level is empty.

    has any one any suggestions or experience in this?

    Are they original carts?

    It could be something to do with those chips that are on Epson cartridges.

    yep 100% original. there doesnt seem to be a flow of ink when i take them out, the bottoms seems to have no ink when pressed on my hand.
