Very Cheap flights to Barcelona

People, a new airline is starting to fly Dublin-Barcelona (that's into the heart of Barcelona too!!). www.clickair.com . Prices are €20 e/w including taxes. They go up a bit at the weekend but prices INCLUDE taxes! It's a budget airline owned by Iberia. Just got myself a long weekend away in March for €40 return!! Happy Days

The flights are grand, it's the tickets for the match that might be a bit of a problem

Looking at the timetable, it seems it's replacing the mainline Iberia service.

Although you can still book the flight via Iberia at mainline prices!

Hotel Apsis Atrium is lovely. Really central and about 100 euro a night.

It'll cost you the difference to got the transportation from Girona (about an hour away) into Barcelona. Rather fly into BCN to be honest...

Absolutely no catch. I know someone in Iberia. Clickair will be using some of the Iberia aircraft. I reckon they might have to charge €15 or so for a sandwich on board or something but the flights ARE those prices!!

Bugger! Booked our holidays on the Costa Brava for late June last week, flying with Ryanair into Girona, if I had seen this could have saved €400!

Oh well, can't win them all :rolleyes:

Anyway, at least we won't have to bother with the Barcelona traffic.

EXCELLENT THREAD

Just booked 2 adult tickets return for a totral of €170, along with 4 nights accomodation in mid-March for €214 altogether. Not a bad mornings work!
